ISA on Raja Petra

Posted in Myself, Politics, What happen with tags , , on 12 September, 2008 by khmkkm

Just now at updated at 4.15pm Raja Petra was arrested under internal security act which allow detention up to 60 days. More on Malaysiakini.

Poor fellow after the last blog he wrote The REAL story of May 13 (part 1) then no part 2 lah. Sian lah like this. Anyway all we can do is pray and wait so our dear RPK. I myself still rallying behind RPK. No sweat man. I’ll update this segment once I get some idea about it.

This is my story. Friends ask me what other hobbies you like to do instead of current once. I told them I blog on politics, social lifestyles and personal stuff as a hobby. Then they highlighted me on the politics. They say aren’t you afraid of being detain under ISA.

So when i discover that many young people are aware there’s such thing as ISA i begin to think is blogging on current issue can lead us into trouble, not to mention RPK being detain just as today after Malaysia-Today was unblocked. As it said there is a motive behind the unbarring. That is he will be arrested today.

So in future if anyone of your blogs are seditious or against something which seems unfair on your point of view don’t wait until it’s barred because the cops are on the way to your crib. So don’t be afraid to blog anything you feel unfair in your point of view after all it’s worth your freedom. Use cyberspace as a freedom of expression should anyone feels unjust has happen or you want to advice someone in other words to criticize someone you can do so by blogging.

Oh another thing RPK’s arrest doesn’t scared us bloggers as we are still capable of bring any news we know to the public. SOooo to the so call Barisan Nasional government watch your backs as the REFORMASI Era is coming. Stay tune.

Greed and Power

Posted in Politics on 8 September, 2008 by khmkkm

So 40 MP’s had took off to Taiwan. 916 impossible to initiate as the numbers are less. But Maybe PM is wrong. What if the remaning MP that did not participate in the tour are the defects. Not all maybe the number are there. To rest assure we can’t assume what it is to happen.

I have already preach earlier and even consoled that the defects are base on their personal views. Defect or not they will. God has his way of doing things. We can’t stop that. How powerful you are in this world you can’t stop God from doing what he has written. If tomorrow BN will fall, so be it. In fact they won’t have the power if it was not given from above. So that’s why we must be afraid to him above that is God.

Greed and Power are just temporary squatting on earth and can be taken anytime from above. The most powerful people in the world fall in the end. So don’t think UMNO/BN can’t fall even they have been holding this God forsaken country for 51yrs. I’m saying this because they are the God’s who forsakes this country for their own personal needs for 51yrs already and we are still far behind in terms of technology.

It’s not that i’m looking down on my country. But what about outsider who comment on our country. Malu lah sikit babe. Tick skin that’s why. So back to the frogs. If they are defecting let it be. His royal highnest will take the defect serious and if God willing he’ll make the decision to change the govt as he please following the constitution made. Najib no hope if this goes down. The racial sentiments and what Ahmad Ismail say or do in his ceramah, let he and the coalition fight from within. We watch and see papa Anwar rised with glory that should archived a decade ago.

Oh ya my other blog also stated about PM will make sure the take over doesn’t happen. Ya because he jealous that his BN did not archive 2/3 majority. Poorah lah once we say we don’t want get lost only from the chair. No use of wasting anymore precious time. Bedol betul lah this people.

Republic Depressed, Why?

Posted in Myself, Politics, What happen on 6 September, 2008 by khmkkm

Sincerely, if i have written anything and you think its an insult. Think again as does it apply in your life or Afterlife?

Why?

Because Sept 16 is just a couple of days away so anything can happen. Even the foreign investors waiting till Sept 16. Television news portraying the sleeping PM vows to thwart takeover plan. Blah, blah, blah. My bet is still 42 defects and he shall take. God wills it.

Why?

Because Malaysia is still not improved beyond its political tsunami. Racial & Religion is still a question in Malaysia. Still the main reason Sept 16. We don’t even know if Independence Day is 31 August, 1957. !6 September, 1963.

Why?

We still have poor people and we have more Richie rich’s. A lot of project around the country. Roads are dirty all the way. Workers delaying the works day by day. Project still haven’t reach 50% yet.

Why?

Ah ya, Because there is Ahmad Ismail in each of us as per said by Josh Hong. You see in my point of view not racist point of view. Making neighbours business collapse is no.1 Chinese malaysian attitude. I don’t know about Chinese Taipei or China. I admit it because I’m a chinese. A different one. So if ahmad Ismail say chinese “menumpang” in this country no doubt about it Malaysia could go bankcrupt 85%.

Example, you buy couple gram of anchovies from your favourite Chinese Merchant. Tomorrow you decided to buy his or her neighbours anchovies. So your favourite merchant get angry and she’ll grumble. I experience it when i went marketing with my mom.

So bad their mindset. Too bad for other chinese chumps that they have to shift somewhere and it will happen again. So that is behind Ahmad Ismail’s ceramah on why the chinese sentiments must pour out.

Why?

What Raja Petra has done that he insulted Islam? Isn’t he being the example of a true Muslim. Malaysiakini news say Insult Islam, Malays will rise. Malays not Muslims. We address the people in Islam as Muslims not Malays. Trying to shut Raja Petra for good. So you see many lies and controversy surrounds us, and the next thing you know all will be silent night.

Why?

We must think of what business we want to do so we won’t have competition. A lot of big business needs competition but not the small ones. I dare any Richie Rich to compete the Astro and TM. Make world wide.

Why?

Maybe there won’t be any tomorrow. So i wish no competition in my business anymore or else I’m leaving this country and i’ll be blogging on Malaysia and How its people fall.

ISA can be used on Raja Petra says ELBA

Posted in Politics, What happen with tags , , on 6 September, 2008 by khmkkm

From Malaysiakini

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar said controversial blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin could be charged under the Internal Security Act for comments allegedly insulting Islam and Prophet Muhammad.
Raja Petra, who edits popular news portal Malaysia Today, is being investigated after several religious groups – Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim), Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia (Yadim), Federal Territory Islamic Religious Council (Maiwp) and Federal Territory Religious Department (Jawi) – lodged police reports against him.
“The probe and action should be expedited so that he will realise his mistakes and learn to respect Islam,” said Syed Hamid, adding that Raja Petra would face action if the authorities found he had committed the offence.
The religious groups had complained that his comment in an article entitled “I Promise to be a good, non-hypocritical Muslim”, Raja Petra allegedly used sentences that insulted Muslims.
Raja Petra is also alleged to have allowed comments to appear on his website that degraded Islam and Prophet Muhammad in an article entitled “Not all Arabs are descendants of the Prophet”.
“The action taken by the religious agencies is in line with the law because his (Raja Petra) actions to use obscene and bad words for Prophet Muhammad is clearly in contradiction of the law,” Syed Hamid said in a Bernama report.

Media council to be reviewed

Raja Petra has claimed  he does not own the news website, but Syed Hamid said the former still had to be responsible for the contents published as he had always made himself appear as the sole representative for the portal.
On a related development, Syed Hamid said the establishment of a media council should be reviewed due to the “daringness” shown lately by bloggers, who dared to put themselves above the law.
Media practitioners had protested the establishment of the council.
“The establishment of the council is not meant for controlling the media, but more on managing them in case they violate the freedom given to them. I will try to discuss with media practitioners to get their feedback on the matter,” Syed Hamid said.

I say lebih lah this Syed ELBA. We dare you to charge Him. Why use ISA? No balls to fight his truth is it. Poorah lah. If can’t afford to fight chicken out lah…. use correct, correct, correct court. hehe

Ops Lalang II looms?

Posted in Politics with tags on 2 September, 2008 by khmkkm

From Malaysiakini

Ops Lalang II is the next option, in terms of intensity – simply round up all the major Pakatan leaders and detain them without trial, crippling Pakatan to the point of inoperability.

Assassination, in all honesty, is probably still a bargain as well. Yes, there will be a massive uproar, Anwar will be martyred, and discontent will reach unprecedented levels. Yet, at the end of the day, police investigations will be inconclusive, Anwar will be gone, and Pakatan becomes eminently vulnerable.

With or without an assassination, there is also the opportunity to engineer large-scale street chaos and violence, using the 1969 Emergency as a model of how to engineer a transfer of power.

Do these measures sound unreasonably extreme and unlikely? To you and me perhaps, but once again, we must take the perspective of individuals who are looking at a lifetime legacy of destroying their political party, losing all access to wealth and power, and facing some serious prospects of significant jail time.

I think under those circumstances, the prospects of facing derision and shaming by the international community as well as local storms that will hopefully just blow over, start to sound a little more tolerable than usual.

hahha… so if Sept 16, which is suppose to be “de facto” Merdeka and papa Anwar take over, no surrender from BN because there is always way out. Hmmm lets see Che Det is ready to leave the country. Dollah has an escape plan too, plan X. Najip n Ros has to have an escape plan, let’s hope the plane crash in Mongolia. IGP definately can’t escape so he must have a goal plan if you know what i mean. Ape ops lalang kes lain belum settle nak ops lalang konon. Porrah lah
